THE JOURNEY OF THE BODY AND THE JOURNEY OF THE SOUL PART 2

The journey of the body and the journey of the soul lie at the heart of the human experience.  The soul is the one who sits in the ‘watcher’s seat”, the observer of it all.  And the more we return to our authentic selves, the more we have this experience.  And we discover that we are not our thoughts and feelings;  they are the by-products of our experiences.  But when we forget the distinction between the body and the soul, we get entangled in those thoughts and feelings and become trapped in the story.

Try to remember when you are next thinking and feeling something, that you are the one observing it, and do so with kind eyes and compassion… and your experience will be more insightful and profound.

The purpose of these Bite Size Insights is to encourage poignant reflection on matters pertaining to the self, consciousness and one’s identity. We hope you will use them to help expand your understanding and experience of the metaphysical world, where the true narration of life can be heard. Take some time to consider their meaning and relevance to you and they will help you meet the angels of your better nature.
