PATTERN DISRUPTION

Our lives are driven by patterns (habits, tendencies and traits), these make up our personality, character, and nature. When these patterns are good, life is beautiful and blissful, and when they are not, we can be confused and terrorised by what’s going on inside of us. Learning about pattern disruption, enables us to turn our vices back into virtues.

The purpose of these Bite Size Insights is to encourage poignant reflection on matters pertaining to the self, consciousness and one’s identity. We hope you will use them to help expand your understanding and experience of the metaphysical world, where the true narration of life can be heard.

  • There is nothing from a raindrop, to a snowflake, to the sunrise, to the way the cell behaves that isn’t governed by patterns.

  • There is no cure for any of us if we don’t break our negative patterns.

  • Whenever people are stuck, they are locked into their patterns, whatever their patterns are, and we need to do something to change the course of our patterns or we become a victim to them.

  • Always start pattern disruption with Naming and Owning.  Until you name it, you are its slave and if you name stuff but then still refuse to own it, there is no way you can disrupt that unwanted pattern.

  • Our unfulfilled expectations of others, both small and big, offend our hearts and souls, undermining our growth in the process.

  • Impatience is the biggest destructive interferer in the universe.  Nothing interferes with outcomes more than impatience.

  • We can’t want something but not be prepared to do something to get it… some sacrifice is always required.

  • If my intention is not right, no matter if I have got all else right, the outcome will be wrong.

  • We must minimise and, better still, cause no harm to others.
