RECOMMENDED READING INTRODUCTION

 

 

 

There is so much literature on offer promising everything that’s needed for health, wholeness and well-being. We’ve literally reached saturation point. It’s reasonable to say that things have almost gone the other way, so rather than the personal development movement creating greater clarity there’s a danger that it’s now in fact perpetuating confusion!

 

What we will do is present one or two books each month that we believe are worth spending the time really studying. Books that will offer insight and clarity, helping you to make sense out of the confusion.  Some of these will be new and current books but there’ll be just as many which are from the past. We’ll feature whatever we believe to be relevant to the mind-body-spirit-environment approach. You may find something else more appealing for you on the Bibliography page where we’ve posted a lot of the books we’ve either researched ourselves or about which we’ve had consistently good feedback from our clients.
