“Your task is not to seek love but merely to find all the barriers within yourself you have built against it”

Rumi  (1207 -1273)

It is ignorance and fear that keep us trapped in our prejudices and opinions.  Most of us know little about our histories and ancestral stories – and that ignorance means we remain trapped in the illusion of who we are. When we take a closer look into our DNA, we discover that we are all much more than meets the eye.  We discover that there is no such thing as a pure race, the human race is a melting pot and each one of us is made up of various environmental factors, a broad palette of colours and diverse cultures.

Watch this short piece and see how the illusion of what we think we know can be shattered by the facts.  The more we understand that we are all connected the less reason there is for conflict.  It’s time to focus on what binds us together, rather than focusing on what divides us.

One of our primary mantras is We… Not Just Me!  We are all cousins….
