Given the volume and range of material we have produced over the last four decades, we decided that the best way to present the information is in categories. It is almost impossible to put all our work into 15 categories but that's what we've done, to make it easier for you to access what you need. As a result there is some necessary duplication across the categories, as many of the documents relate to more than one topic/theme. The handouts and worksheets cover a vast array of subjects, from anger through to anxiety, fear to forgiveness and spirituality through to the need for self-love. This selection in no way represents the entirety of our resources, because many of the worksheets and handouts we produce are best disseminated alongside professional support.
That said, there is plenty included here to satisfy the appetite, and for some individuals this will be sufficient for their needs. In the main, these resources are designed to be introductions to the various topics and hopefully catalysts for change. All the handouts and worksheets are produced as articles that can be read onscreen, but they also exist in a PDF format and these are free to download. You'll find these resources are packed with a wide range of information and innumerable insights. This is why you'll need to read and reflect on each handout and worksheet many times to get maximum benefit. We will continue to add to this section, so please keep coming back.
