Adriene Louise Mishler is a fitness expert and international yoga teacher, known for her extremely popular website, ‘Yoga with Adriene.’  She is the co-founder of an online library of yoga materials, called ‘Find What Feels Good.’


Mishler combines studies of traditional yoga with developmental movements, storytelling and mindfulness. She travels around the world, conducting yoga classes and workshops in meditation and self-care.


She is known for her warm personality and playful approach whilst instructing, making the yoga sessions both informative and enjoyable.
