Mindfulness has been around in the East for thousands of years. However, during the last 25 years it has become a very popular tool/resource in the West for helping individuals manage and resolve emotional, psychological and physical issues. As with all disciplines which focus on health, getting adequate and precise training is important for the efficacy of the system.
