The journey of the body and the journey of the soul lie at the heart of the human experience. Everything we need for our emancipation is bound up with understanding this most intimate of relationships. The description human being is an accurate one; the human form houses the soul (the being). However, when we are trapped in the illusion that we are these bodies, the truth about our identity is lost, and at that point we get caught up in the material body-conscious limitations that are central to all the divisions found in the human story.
If we are to find our way back home, back to our authentic selves, we must reacquaint ourselves with the truth that we are the ‘being’ within the human.
The purpose of these Bite Size Insights is to encourage poignant reflection on matters pertaining to the self, consciousness and one’s identity. We hope you will use them to help expand your understanding and experience of the metaphysical world, where the true narration of life can be heard. Take some time to consider their meaning and relevance to you and they will help you meet the angels of your better nature.
