Tracy has 30 years of administrative knowledge and experience, having worked in both the private and public sectors. She has worked in a variety of organisations with particular specialisms including: housing, planning, regeneration and social services. She has also been involved in various community initiatives and projects.
It was Tracy’s desire, given her background and experience, to find something she was more passionate about and so she sought self-employment to take her extensive experience into a wider range of settings where she’d be able to work more creatively.
Around the same time we were looking for an experienced, self-motivated senior administrator, someone who had the empathy and understanding to work in this demanding field. Serendipity brought Tracy to our door – she was looking to expand on her existing areas of expertise and we needed a talented, caring and experienced administrator to oversee our rapid expansion, both in the UK and abroad.
