I am a member of the FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists) and MICHT (Member of the International Council of Holistic Therapists) and the SMA (Sports Massage Association). My job is to tailor the treatment for you and ensure you feel at ease before, during and after the treatment.
The word holistic means whole…. conventional medicine tends to focus on the symptom or the part of the body that has the problem. The holistic approach takes into account the person as a whole. The aim of holistic therapy is to restore the body’s balance which in turn enables it to heal itself naturally.
