We recently opened our Reach Clothing Store and were very excited about the partnership we had established with an ethical supplier. This is because it sat comfortably alongside our ‘principle before profit’ mission statement and they had just won a prestigious award for innovation. So it seemed like the perfect match.
Unfortunately, the customer service that we pride ourselves on was not being offered by the suppliers to our customers and followers. Despite our best efforts to remedy this, we were not able to find a solution we were happy with.
As a result we have formed another partnership with a socially responsible supplier, with a proven track record… and so we aim to deliver on our promise to offer a great service, ethically produced products; where a positive philosophy is being championed at the same time.
Our new shop is now live! From November 29th up to and including December 1st there will be a 15% discount on everything in the store.
As is our way, all the products carry a very small margin of profit because this venture is not about the money for us, it’s about our desire to spread messages of love, kindness, positivity and hope.
You will notice that the new store has a much wider range of products, which includes: mugs, tote bags, cuddly toys, phone covers, cushions, mouse mats, as well as t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts and vests – for adults, teenagers and children…. all in a variety of colours.
We are confident that this will be a more positive experience and hope you will find goods that you like for yourself – and would want to gift. Please tell your family, friends and colleagues about what we’re doing.
