Dr. Barnard, is the author of over 70 scientific publications as well as 17 books and led numerous research studies investigating the effects of diet on body weight, and chronic pain, including a groundbreaking study of dietary interventions in type 2 diabetes, funded by the National Institute of Health.

This presentation was recorded live at the Marlene Meyerson JCC – in it Dr. Barnard discusses the science behind how foods affect our hormones and our health. He also shares how common hormone-related conditions like, infertility, weight gain, menopausal symptoms, type 2 diabetes, acne, breast and prostate cancers and thyroid problems, can all be affected by and improved by simple dietary changes. Some valuable information… well worth watching.
