Micro-nutrient depletion symptom checklist

We need a minimum of 90 nutrients a day. In fact we need much more than this to be optimally healthy but without these 90 nutrients we have little chance of feeling well and vibrant.

The 90 nutrients include: 60 minerals, 16 vitamins, 11 amino acids and 3 essential fatty acids. Where there is a deficiency in any of these areas, there are numerous symptoms that reflect in our physical and  mental health.
