How to achieve mind/body balance

This section of the site has rapidly become popular especially with regular visitors.  It offers a variety of meditative and relaxing resources from brief audio-visual exercises to much longer inward excursions for those who wish to really explore the depths of solitude and silence. We would recommend starting off with the shorter exercises, building up the ‘muscle of the mind’ with 5 or 10 minute excursions until they become easy.  Only then is it wise to extend your practice  Remember less is almost always more.
