Welcome to the Explainer videos. This new section is going to be packed with a host of summaries which will showcase our wonderful approach. Food and mood are intimately entwined. What we eat really matters but what we absorb from what we eat matters more. Food changes our brain chemistry, influencing our perception, personality and performance. Our moods also influence what foods we are drawn to. Understanding this relationship gives us the power to change things.
