Given the volume and range of material we have produced over the years it has become clear that the best way to present it is in categories. It is almost impossible to put all our work into 15 categories but that's what we've tried to do to make it easier for you to access what you need. As a result there is some necessary duplication across the categories as many of the documents relate to more than one topic. The handouts and worksheets cover a vast array of subjects from anger through to anxiety, fear to forgiveness and spirituality through to the need for self love. There is literally something for everyone...
These resources are not meant to be a substitute for seeking professional help, although for some individuals they will prove to be sufficient for their needs. In the main they are designed to be introductions to the various topics and hopefully catalysts for change.
All the handouts and worksheets are in a PDF format and these remain free to download. A cross-section of the handouts are also available as MP3s. These start from 50p. This provides both a listening as well as a reading option. Please download as much as you would like... you'll find these resources are literally packed with a diverse range of information and innumerable insights. This is why you'll need to read and reflect on each handout and worksheet many times to get maximum benefit. We hope you find what you're looking for.....
