In this area of the website you will find a cross-section of the most asked for handouts and worksheets. They cover in synopsis format a vast array of subjects from anger through to anxiety, fear to forgiveness and spirituality through to the need for self love. There is literally something for everyone.

Please download as much of the material as you would like but don’t make the mistake of allowing this literature to gather dust. These handouts are live, vibrant seeds and if you plant them in the soil of your life and tend to them with loving care they will deliver an abundance of fruits way beyond your expectation. Enjoy………

As Promised!

Due to the repeated requests for the handouts and work sheets to be made available as MP3 audio files, we've now got the first group of 10 recordings ready for downloading. When the next 10 are recorded we will post them on the site and will continue doing so until all of them are done. We'll do our best to get the bulk of them done before the year is out. These downloads will be a modest 50p each for the majority (each recording lasting approximately 5-10 minutes). There will be a selected number of handouts which are considerably longer, approximately 15 minutes and in some cases as long as 25 minutes. In these cases the cost for downloads will be £1 or £1.50 each. We are confident that these recordings will be popular with both regular users of the site and those using the site for the for the first time, as there will continue to be the option of downloading the hard copies for free (that will always be the case) but for those who would prefer to listen to rather than read our material, this option is now available. Jill Bolte

Jill Bolte Taylor is a neuroanatomist who specializes in the postmortem investigation of the human brain. Her own personal experience of a massive stroke, experienced in 1996 at age 37, and her subsequent eight-year recovery, has informed her work as a scientist and speaker. She is affiliated with the Indiana University School of Medicine, is the national spokesperson for the Harvard Brain Tissue Resource Centre and is the consulting neuroanatomist for the Midwest Proton Radiotherapy Institute. It is for this work that in May 2008 she was named one of the 100 most influential people in the world (by Time Magazine). In the video below she offers a fascinating insight into the nature of consciousness, bringing both her professional expertise and the enormous challenges of having been a stroke victim.
