Learn The Art of Happiness

10 ways to be happy!

Happiness is a virtue but it’s also a skill. A skill is something you can learn and develop and so happiness is something you can practise and the more you practise it the better you become. Find as many ways as you can to practise being happy. Watch things that make you laugh, spend time with those you love, pursue activities that bring you joy, think of those times when you’ve been most happy. By practising happiness in this way it will become an art form and you’ll become an artist!
