10 MINUTE MEDITATIONS

For those of you just embarking on the journey of meditation, you’ll find that little and often works best. Five or ten minutes daily is better than an hour once a week.  This ten minute introduction can be used regularly until it becomes easy to focus and remain still for that period of time. Then you can progress to the fifteen or twenty minute journeys.

 

If you prefer to listen to this footage without the narration, simply turn the volume down and enjoy the visual excursion on offer. If you can love and accept yourself just as you are, you’ll find you can reach your destination quicker than you’d ever imagined…
