Sherry Durrani is a qualified clinical psychologist and psychotherapist, who has married together traditional and conventional methods of working with the cutting edge developments in alternative medicine and transpersonal psychology. She has come to realize through her experience and training that the presenting problems are rarely the issue; they tend to be symptoms of a much bigger cause and until we address the cause we are unlikely to achieve good mental health. She has undertaken training with Reach over the last few years and has added our holistic methods to her extensive knowledge base. My name is Sherry Durrani. My background, training and experience are in clinical psychology and I am also a qualified psychotherapist. I am the lead practitioner at New Beginnings. My philosophy is based on a holistic approach that takes into consideration the psychological, emotional, spiritual and the physical aspects of the human condition.
