My background includes a wealth of experience providing Adult Education in both the private and public sectors since 1998. I offer a warm and professional approach, with over 20 years experience practising therapy, coaching and delivering therapy training.
I specialise in working with people seeking to overcome adverse childhood experiences and work with clients using an integrative approach.
I am trained and experienced in working with several different models that focus around “Parts work”, many of which focus upon guiding and assisting clients to work with their own “subpersonalities” or, “parts”. I offer appointments nationally, internationally, and in-person; primarily in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.
Qualifications and experience
Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy, Trauma and Abuse Specialist Skills Training, Stress Management Training, Emotional Freedom Therapy (EFT), NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Core Transformation, Wholeness Work, Holistic Therapies and Integrative Supervision. I also provide clinical supervision for Hypnotherapists, Therapists and Coaches.
I am a Fellow member of the National Council of Psychotherapists, and have achieved Senior Practitioner status through the General Hypnotherapy Register.
My training background includes having been the Owner/Principal and Lead Course Tutor for MindWorks, a long-established Hypnotherapy training school in the East Midlands for 17 years delivering the Hypnotherapy/Psychotherapy Practitioner’s Diploma.
Furthermore, I have delivered training for external organisations including 3 years delivering an advanced specialist skills course for therapists seeking to develop their skills and knowledge-base for working with clients who have experienced trauma and abuse.
I have also delivered many other personal and professional development courses including; running a Certificated course in Integrative Supervision since 2009.
